COSHH Assessment Template
This COSHH assessment template is designed for UK construction contractors to assess hazardous substances under the COSHH Regulations 2002. Use it to identify substances, evaluate exposure risks, and record control measures for each activity. The COSHH Regulations 2002 require every employer to assess the risk from hazardous substances before work begins.
