Access Equipment Register
Site register for tracking all access equipment arrivals, inspections and departures.
Use this register to record the presence and movement of all access equipment on site, including MEWPs, ladders, step ladders, scaffolds, and tower scaffolds. Captures arrival condition, inspection certificate verification, next inspection due date, accepted-by signature, and departure condition sign-off. Does not replace statutory inspections required under PUWER, LOLER, or Work at Height Regulations 2005.
